A little bit about our history

Inspired Homes Estate Agents was set-up by the co founders Jon Hydon and Mark Dunn.

We have over 12 years estate agency experience and predominantly worked for the big corporate estate agents although we have also worked for independents.  This has given us a unique view on how different estate agents operate and we were able to glean what worked well for the customers and where we felt things could be improved.

We want to provide the best experience for both landlords and tenants as well as sellers and buyers.  Most importantly this means providing a personal friendly service our customers can rely on.

Creating quality marketing material is a benchmark we have set for ourselves and hopefully makes the whole process that much simpler for our customers.  We have invested into systems to make the whole process easier for keeping clients properly informed on a regular basis.  However, no system ever replaces the personal touch.

We have looked to create the highest value we can give our customers at what we think is a remarkably low cost.  To date our services have been well received and as a fledgling business this is enabling us to grow at a very steady rate.

We are very excited about this opportunity we have created for ourselves and for everyone who becomes involved with the business whether it is as a customer or someone working within the business.
